SpliceKut (the “App”) is a tool designed to split videos into user-defined segments. We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what information is processed, how it is used, and your choices.

We do not request or collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone. The App does not require sign-up or authentication.
The App integrates third-party services that may process non-personal information and certain device identifiers for analytics, stability, notifications, and ads:
Split videos are saved in the App’s private storage (e.g., getExternalFilesDir), thus they do not appear in the device’s gallery and are primarily accessible through the App. The App does not upload your videos to external servers.
We may request system permissions (e.g., file access to select/process a video). You can revoke permissions in device settings; certain features may stop working.
Where a legal basis is required (e.g., GDPR), we process usage/diagnostic data under our legitimate interests to improve and secure the App. Advertising is shown under legitimate interests or consent in line with your device/Google settings.
We use AdMob (and potentially mediated networks). You can manage ad personalization in device/Google settings. Those platforms’ policies govern how they handle data.
We do not sell your data. We share limited, necessary information with service providers operating on our behalf—Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM) and AdMob—for the purposes described. These providers process data in line with their policies and applicable laws.
Providers may process data in various countries. They implement safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
We retain analytics and crash data for as long as needed for the purposes described (e.g., historical diagnostics and improvements). Split videos remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no method is infallible; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not direct the App to minors and do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Policy. We will post the current version at this link and indicate the “Last updated” date.
